Mary Jo Wiedey
Partner, CPA, MM
Mary Jo’s practice is focused on certified audits, business management services and taxation. Her industry specialty is with entertainment and nonprofit clients. Before becoming a CPA, Mary Jo enjoyed careers as a law firm manager and paralegal, as well as a professional musician and educator.
Mary Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from Ripon College in Wisconsin and a Master of Music Degree in Voice Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her accounting studies at University of California in Los Angeles.
As an advocate of collaborative work environments, Mary Jo is always finding ways to unite the firm efforts to provide better service to our clients and more collegial enjoyment for our staff.
Mary Jo volunteers as Vice President of the Los Angeles chapter of the Danish Sisterhood of America and serves in various lay ministries at St. James Episcopal Church. She is also a member of Badger Women L.A and Jazzercise Pasadena. When not serving her clients, Mary Jo enjoys visiting national parks with her husband Chris, ballroom dancing, cooking, and singing with the early music ensemble Jouyssance.
